Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Welcomes and greets all guests
- Walks guests to tables, engaging in conversation along the way
- Communicate with the Maître’D any open tables, long waits or guest issues
- Full understanding of company information, including but not limited to hours of operations, directions, awareness of neighborhood and company properties
- Master operations of the Open Table system
- Complete all opening and closing side-work as assigned
- Open all wine and champagne bottles using proper wine service techniques
- Ensure accuracy of guest checks and promptly process payments
- Interact in courteous and professional manner with guests, supervisors, and co-workers
- Complete running side-work throughout the shift as assigned
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of all service areas
