Mandu, the long standing Korean restaurant owned by Chef Yesoon"Mama" Lee and Chef Danny Lee (CHIKO, Anju), is looking to add to our management team. We are looking for a floor manager who can work in tandem with our GM and Executive Chef to help continue the great work our team is currently doing.
We are intereseted in applicants who have knowledge on all aspects of Front of House operations, including but not limited to: scheduling, ordering, inventory, beverage menu developement, etc. Mandu is truly a family run establishment, relying on a small team that works cohesively together to provide guests with a happy dining experience.
