Bramble & Hare, the original Farmhouse Kitchen and Pub is a Michelin Guide Green Star winning restaurant. It was founded by Jill and Chef Eric Skokan as the city restaurant for their award winning Black Cat Organic Farm. B&H features a 3-course prix fixe menu, wonderful craft cocktails, heritage Mulefoot pork, and organic produce in a casual vintage atmosphere.
Bramble is currently seeking a Lead Server to join our professional leadership team. The Lead Server assists with: training and mentoring staff, open and closing duties, and Floor Captain duties.
During nightly service, the Lead Server will help guide diners toward a cozy, convivial and "taken care of" experience. Bramble servers are nimble, professional, and detail-oriented. Knowledge of farming and foraging is a plus, as well as, experience with spirits and wine. The ideal candidate is a team player comfortable with wearing many hats. We are accepting full-time servers for this position. Prior management experience required. Fine dining and wine service experience is a plus.
