Role Secific Requirements:
Bartender

• Proven bartending experience at volume/upscale casual restaurant
• Extensive knowledge in liquors, spirits and cocktails
• Basic wine knowledge
• Advanced upselling skills
• Hands-on experience in cashier duties

Server Assistant

• Proven restaurant experience as a server support role at volume/upscale casual restaurant
• Basic food spiel knowledge
• Understanding of restaurant sequence of service

Expeditor

• Prior work experience as a expeditor at volume/upscale casual restaurant
• Prior experience handling delivery apps and dispatching orders
• Basic food spiel knowledge
• Understanding of restaurant sequence of service

Host/Hostess

• Prior work experience as a host/hostess or maitre d'
• Understanding of restaurant etiquette and flow of service
• Experience in managing reservations (emails, phone calls, guest facing)
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
