Rosetta Hall is seeking a Pastry Cook! We are a food hall with 8 different outlets all run by one culinary team. This dynamic venu has two bars, a coffee shop, large indoor dining room and popular rooftop patio. This is a well-paid job in an environment that promotes personal growth. Responsibilities:

  • Ensures excellent product quality.
  • Provide friendly, professional & welcoming customer service.
  • Completing all opening & closing checklists.
  • Knowledgeable of all menu items and familiarizes themself with the recipe book.
  • Maintains organization behind the stall and back prep area.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Pastry Chef.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of relavent pastry experience.
  • Able to multitask effectively and work in a fast paced environment.
  • Must have open and flexible availability to work evenings and weekends.
  • Able to follow written and verbal directions and recipes.
