Position Overview: As a member of our Support Staff, you will be the backbone of our restaurant operations, assisting various departments to ensure a smooth and memorable dining experience for our guests. Your attention to detail and dedication to providing outstanding support will be essential in maintaining our high standards of service.

Responsibilities:

  1. Table Setup and Maintenance:

    • Set up dining tables with precision, ensuring they are clean, properly arranged, and equipped with necessary utensils and glassware.
    • Continuously monitor and refresh table settings throughout service.
    • Assist in resetting tables efficiently for the next guest.
  2. Assistance to Servers:

    • Support servers by delivering food and beverages to tables accurately.
    • Assist in clearing tables promptly and discreetly once guests have finished their meals.
    • Provide additional utensils, napkins, and condiments as requested by guests.
  3. General Restaurant Maintenance:

    • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area, including floors, windows, and furniture.
    • Ensure restrooms are clean, stocked with supplies, and regularly checked for maintenance needs.
    • Assist in light cleaning duties and bussing tables as needed during peak dining hours.
  4. Guest Support:

    • Greet guests with a friendly and helpful attitude, offering assistance with coats, seating, or any immediate needs.
    • Assist in handling guest inquiries and directing them to appropriate staff members.
    • Maintain a courteous and attentive demeanor, attending to guest requests promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a support role is a plus but not required.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.
  • A positive and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry trays, bus tubs, and other equipment as needed.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
