We are seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our leadership team and help create great guest experiences.

This is an hourly position with beneifts that is ideal for someone who is dedicated to the art of hospitality and guest service while seeking a professional and committed team to work and grow with. This is person that will work closely with both the leadership team including the Managing Director to support the operation in all aspects. The ideal candidate will want to grow with the company and pursue the opportunities in front of them.

Gather is a Michelin Bib Gourmand recipient and Jean Banchet Best New Restaurant nominee located in vibrant Lincoln Square. We are looking for outgoing, friendly and dynamic personalities to take on a management role.

Qualified candidates should possess:

Experience in a faced paced, service focused restaurant
A high regard for the art of hospitality and establishing relationships with clients
Food & Beverage knowledge (and curiosity) with a solid understanding of wine, beer and spirits.
Knowledge and interest of the Chicago dining scene
Willingness to work weekends and late nights
Excellent Communication Skills (verbal/oral/listening)
