Entre Nos & Maizano Restaurant is looking for qualified bartenders to join our team!
The bar program is focused on Mexican ingridients, with an extensive agave program, as well as modern takes on classic cocktails with a seasonal influence. Both tucked away inside new Norhgate Market in Costa Mesa
Applicants should:
-Have a flexible schedule. Availability Mondays and Sundays (AM + PM) are a MUST.
-Have 2+ years of bartending experience
-Possess a knowledge of distillation and spirits production with a strong focus on agave spirits.
-Have a strong understanding of classic cocktails and their recipes.
-Possess a general understanding of mexican wine, wine regions, grape varietals, and their flavor profiles.
-Have knowledge of basic cooking techniques and California ingredients.
-Be detail oriented, self-motivated, and work well in a team environment.
-Have great communication skills
-Be hospitable and guest experience oriented
-Be able to work in a fast paced environment.
-Have familiarity restaurant POS systems, especifically Toast.
