Our newest experience, Guild Bar, is an inviting and sumptuously designed secluded alcove that serves signature cocktails in exquisite glassware hand-crafted in a one-of-a-kind curated collection from global artists - also available to guests for purchase to add to one's home collection.

• The ability to work a core schedule of Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
• Excellent French wine knowledge, with an emphasis on back vintages and producer profiles
• Thorough understanding of various tools and techniques for wine and food service
• Ability to meticulously perform tableside wine and food service while under pressure
• The ability to use relevant computer applications (Microsoft Word, excel, outlook; restaurant-specific software including point-of-sale registers and business metric applications)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Sommelier or Captain desired
• Wine certification is highly preferred
