You will report directly to the Executive Pastry Chef to assist in executing a range of bakery items and overseeing the viennoisserie program, must have experience with lamination. We need someone with a "yes, chef" mentality who can do any job required. We are a close knit team and work together to create a positive and fun working environment so finding someone with the same can do and positive attitude is of the utmost importance.
On Sunday, you'll be responsible for the entire bake-off from batters, doughs, and frozen items that will have been prepared in advance by the chef and yourself throughout the week. Just measure and bake, proof and bake, etc., then accomlish some light prep for the chef's solo Monday shift.
This is a good opportunity for someone early in their career to get in on the ground floor with a highly accomplished Executive Pastry Chef building a unique and compelling program. We have a profit sharing model and employees have the option to opt-in after 1 year with the business.
Compensation: Salary/Hourly ($20.00 - $25.00)
