You should enjoy winter activities, we get a lot of snow, but our Spring, Summer and Fall is spectacular. This job offers the unique benefit of using the ranch’s activity amenities when not in use by customers. Our private horse trail riding and cross-country skiing is world class. The city of Steamboat Springs offers all the necessary shopping and dining a person needs, just 20 minutes down the road. In Clark, we have a general store and a couple of restaurants and bars. It’s the best of both worlds, small town charm and resort town amenities.

We anticipate hiring this position in August of 2024 or sooner. The Director of Hospitality will be our first hospitality employee and you will recruit future employees as needed.

In 2024 the Hospitality Director will work closely with the Ranch Manager and Owner to craft a hospitality program to compliment and fit the needs of the ranch and family. Spring 2025 you will be recruiting seasonal employees and netting high end wedding planners to consider our property. The summer of 2025 we anticipate about 5 events, increasing every subsequent year. When there aren’t formal events, the ranch is a revolving door of family, friends and business associates.
