Legacy Hospitality is looking for a passionate and growth-oriented Sous Chef and Assistant Kitchen Manager to join our Culinary Team and Hospitality Family! We are seeking an individual to help lead and develop kitchen operations. This leader will manage the team to achieve employee retention, sales growth, profitability, and exceptional quality products. Legacy Hospitality offers opportunities for advancement and growth,

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Desire and drive to lead and manage people.
  • ServSafe certified for both Chicago and Illinois
  • Culinary/Hospitality Degree preferred but not necessary
  • At least 2 years of full-service kitchen experience (management not required)
  • Organizational Skills and Cleanliness are a must
  • Computer Literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word, Email, Dropbox, Inventory Software, POS)
  • Required Skills & Responsibilities
    • Employee Management and Accountability, Kitchen Management, Hourly Employee Scheduling, Receiving, Food Ordering, Office Suite Software, Weekly Inventory, Food Safety Knowledge, and Team Building.
