Position details:
35-45 hour work week
Tuesday - Saturday operation
Dinner service hours are 5pm - closing and evening shift begins at 3pm
Hourly compensation negotiable depending upon experience

Position requirements:
Availabilty for full time work week
New York restaurant experience preferred but not required
Knowledge of maki, nigiri and sashimi sushi are required as basic and non-negotiable
Fish butchery skills are strongly preferred
Knowledge of sushi omakase service details and execution are a plus

Punctuality
Pays careful attention to detail
Has a sense of urgency and strong communication skills
Ability to work cleanly & efficiently at all times
Ability to take direction from BoH and FoH managers
WIllingness to execute on multiple cold and hot stations
Maintain proper food handling and food safety guidelines
