Rosie Cannonball, one of four concepts within Goodnight Hospitality, brings the spirit of casual European dining to the heart of Montrose. With a menu centered around a wood-burning grill and oven, drawing inspiration from carefully sourced products. Rosie Cannonball has an expansive list of affordable and delicious wines Beaujolais, Loire Valley and progressive New World producers with a well-curated cocktail program.

March, an intimate restaurant, will push the boundaries of fine dining in Houston. Chef Felipe Riccio and the team behind MARCH will study the Mediterranean an area where multiple regions, cultures, languages and ideas converge and it is inspired by the tension and richness of the region. It will be thoughtful, purposeful, personal from the standard of service to the extensive wine list that reflects the knowledge and passion of Master Sommelier June Rodil. The service at March will be conducted exclusively by industry professionals with extensive wine experience, providing an unparalleled knowledge level and attention to detail.

We are a thriving operation seeking energetic, motivated, and organized candidates with a desire to take on new challenges and responsibilities. Our ideal candidate is a team player who displays a strong work ethic, is detail oriented, enjoys creating, learning, has good communication skills, positive attitude, humble and has a deep respect for hospitality and the guest experience. Passion for food, beverage and hospitality is a must, as is a desire to lead by example. Ideal candidates have flexible schedules and will be asked to work nights, holidays and weekends.

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • Minimum of 2 years kitchen experience in a full-service restaurant
  • Can take direction well, motivated to constantly improving and learning
  • Able to lead plating on a busy, high paced, high volume service
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of lamination and dough production a plus
  • Honesty, organization, and an ownership-driven mentality
  • Ability to work at least 50 hours a week on their feet and lift at least 40 lbs
