At Casino, the Maitre D is to be the point person for all things guest-related including reservations and seatings and guest experience. In this role, the responsibilities such as managing the reservation books, seating the cafe and dining room, guest management and the flow of people in and out of the restaurant. This person is expected to carry themselves with style and composure, and give a fantastic first impression for guests as they enter our space. In order to find success in this position, one must be an excellent communicator, possess true attention-to-detail, and keep a high level of organization.

The Maitre D works closely with the Director of Operations, General Manager to optimize our approach to guest relations. They must possess strong people skills, a dynamic personality, and a passion for delivering consistent, thoughtful interactions. Although there are administrative and office duties, this position is first and foremost a service position.
