Job Details
The Alderman is looking for a talented Sous Chef to join our soon to be opened restaurant. The Sous Chef will be a leader in our kitchen, overseeing back of house operations under the guidance of the Executive Chef. Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Expediting
- line cooking
- Ordering & inventory
- overseeing events, prep & service
- menu devopment and testing
- training and educating staff
- building an inclusive and safe learning/work culture

Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($65,000.00 - $75,000.00)
