EXECUTIVE CHEF - Modern Italian Cuisine

We are seeking a candidate from leading restaurant kitchen.

Knightsbridge Restaurant Group
is seeking a passionate, talented Executive Chef to manage our sophisticated Italian restaurant. Ideal candidate would be someone who can create a mentoring and nuturing atmosphere for all the front and back of the house employees. We are seeking a candidate with strong knowledge and experience in seasonal Italian cuisine.

The Executive Chef is responsible for the overall quality and profitability of the restaurant.

Candidate will ensure that all personnel and systems function efficiently so that the business achieves budgeted profit levels; employee morale is maintained; and guests are satisfied.

The Executive Chef must work in partnership with and fully communicate with the general manager.

Experience in private events is a plus.

It is important that our Executive Chef understands that the quality and consistency in our food and presentation is our highest priority.

Qualified candidates will have:

- A minimum of 10 years progressive culinary experience as an Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine or Executive Sous Chef in a well-rated 'industry leading kitchen".

- Organizational skills;

- Strong command of high-end cuisine;

- Passion for training and development of others;

- Influential, team-oriented leadership style;

- Strong writing and computer skills;

- A degree in culinary arts from an accredited University is preferred.
