The Host at Compass Rose is a pivotal part of the team. They are the first impression the guest has of our space and an integral part of creating a memorable dining experience. Our focus is genuine hospitality, and the host should assist us in guiding guests on culinary explorations. The host is an energetic professional who has an excellent track record in hospitality and who thrives in a fast-paced service environment. They are a high level communicator and an impromptu problem solver. They will use superior customer relations skills to create a warm and welcoming environment for our guests.

Compensation is $20/ hour plus shared tips. We offer all staff paid time off on an accrual basis, and health coverage is available to full-time employees.
