Compass Rose is in search of an energetic professional who has an excellent track record in hospitality and who thrives in a fast-paced service environment. Our focus is genuine hospitality. Compass Rose is seeking a server or bartender to join us in guiding guests on culinary adventures! We are an eclectic group of hard-working individuals with commitment and passion for what we do. Our ideal candidate is outgoing, communicative, enthusiastic, and enjoys the challenge of being part of an award-winning team dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences. We are looking for professionals with an equivocal work ethic and just enough funk.
The ideal candidate has:
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to understand and respond to individual guests needs and requirements
- A genuine passion and understanding of food and drink
- Exceptional communication and presentational skills
- Ability to help resolve problems with manager assistance
- Fine dining experience preferred
- Extensive experience in a high-volume restaurant atmosphere
- Ability to communicate clearly in and possess a good command of verbal and written English
- Willingness to learn and be an integral part of an exciting environment
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills required
Compensation is $17.00/ hour plus tips. We offer all employees paid time off on an accrual basis, and health coverage is available to full-time employees.
