Lead Bartender – Full Time

Ideal Candidate has 4+ years’ experience as a Bartender, an above average knowledge of Spirits, Cocktails, Wine, and Beer. Is responsible for running the temporary Bar Kiosk while the Main Bar is quadrupled in size (June 2024)! No table or Bar top service... Guests queue up at the kiosk, order, and go! Craft & Batch 6-8 Cocktails, select 4-6 Wines by Glass, and 6-8 Drafts. Work with suppliers, place orders, do inventory, maintain smallwares & paper goods, produce, and non-alcoholic stock. Initially, will work alone until volume justifies a Bar Back or Support position. Will also work with Food Vendors within the hall on Happy Hour “Bar Bites” menus, and pairings.

This is a unique position for the right person who wants to start small and move into a role overseeing (as Beverage Coordinator) a dramatic, gorgeous, 60-seat Bar with a team of 6 ! Hourly rate of $25/hr (FIRM) plus tips while tending Bar Kiosk and $30 / hr while doing “admin”, 6-8 hrs per week. Insurance considerations after 90 days.
