We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our contemporary, fast-paced restaurant brewery. As the Manager, you will have a proven track record of success in managing high-volume operations and achieving financial targets.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant brewery's operations including service, kitchen, bar, and retail areas
- Manage and develop a team of motivated and skilled staff to ensure a high level of service and customer satisfaction
- Monitor sales and financial reports to identify opportunities for improvement and take appropriate action
- Implement operational procedures to maintain consistency and efficiency in all areas of the restaurant brewery
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase visibility in the local community

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Manager in the hospitality industry, preferably with experience in a restaurant brewery setting
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze sales reports, P&L statements, and other financial data
- Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team of staff members in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers, staff, and vendors
- Familiarity with craft beer and the brewing process, with the ability to speak knowledgeably about beer offerings and pairings
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business or related field is preferred
