Roberta’s Nashville is looking for a pizza cook to join our team! Opened in fall of 2020 and located at the Urban Cowboy Lodge in East Nashville, Roberta’s Pizza finds a home in Music City, USA. Roberta’s is actively expanding and is looking for talented people to join the family and grow with us! Positive Vibes Only!

OPPORTUNITY:
Looking for cooks with dough production experience who want to become pizza masters!

• Make Neapolitan style pizza dough from scratch
• Pull fresh mozzarella by hand
• Hand stretch pizza dough in less than 30 seconds
• Master pizza production in a hand crafted mobile pizza oven.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Looking for full cooks. Please be able to committee for at least 4 days a week.
• Applicants should have at least 1 year of kitchen experience.
• Applicants must be able to stand on their feet for 8+ hours and lift 40lbs.
