Serve as the initial point of contact for the restaurant, delivering positive, courteous, and professional service via phone and email.
Manage various reservation-related tasks, including booking reservations, handling large party contracts, processing credit card authorizations, etc.
Collaborate effectively with managers and the host team, sharing all pertinent information to ensure guest satisfaction.
Execute all assigned tasks and responsibilities to a high standard of quality.
Participate in provided training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

Essential: 1-2 years of experience in booking reservations using platforms like OpenTable, Sevenrooms, Resy, etc.
Minimum 1-2 years of previous exposure to a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment involving phone and email communication.
Exhibit professional and friendly phone etiquette at all times.
Proficiency in English is a requirement; knowledge of other languages is a valuable asset.
Maintain a consistently friendly demeanor, displaying a readiness to assist and a positive attitude.
Demonstrated ability to manage and thrive in stressful situations, delivering performance under pressure.
Flexibility in scheduling, with a willingness to work during nights, weekends, and holidays.
