Responsibilities:
- Craft a delightful array of pastries, ice creams, cakes, cookies, and bread to delight our guests.
- Collaborate with Chef Bob Truitt and our the Stockton Inn’s culinary team to create memorable experiences.
- Maintain the highest standards of quality, presentation, and taste in all your creations.
- Innovate and develop new dessert offerings that reflect seasonal and regional flavors.
- Oversee pastry production and kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and excellence.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef, including experience in bread baking.
- Proficiency in creating various pastries, ice creams, cakes, cookies, and bread.
- Passion for staying updated with pastry trends and techniques.
- Strong leadership skills to guide a pastry team to success.
- Creative flair and an eye for detail to design visually stunning desserts.
