Hoosier Mama Pie Company is looking for a talented, detail oriented baker to join our amazing Ukrainian Village Crew. One year previous kitchen experience required. Duties include: Making pastry creams and curds Making and rolling pie doughs Assembling sweet and savory pies Prepping fresh fruit for pie production Topping and finishing pies Making muffins and scones Making sure the pies and pastries represent our standards Must be able to work cleanly and efficiently in a small space. Successful candidates will work well independently and in a team, learn and grow enthusiastically in their craft and help those around them do the same. Schedule is 4 ten hour shifts per week.
