Loquita opened its doors in September of 2016 and has become one of the most beloved and acclaimed restaurants in the Central Coast. The Executive Chef is responsible and accountable for all culinary activites, assumes complete responsibility for the restaurant as necessary. This includes leading the culinary vision and menu development, hiring, training and mentoring staff, executing developed procedures and protocol and fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. The Executive Chef ensures all employees are performing their job responsibilities and meeting expectations in all areas of their job descriptions.
