Loquita opened its doors in September of 2016 and has become one of the most beloved and acclaimed restaurants in the Central Coast. Centered around authentic tapas, wood fired meats and seafood as well seasonal paellas, the menu continues to inspire and transport our guests to the regions of Spain.

The Executive Chef is responsible and accountable for all culinary activites, assumes complete responsibility for the restaurant as necessary. This includes leading the culinary vision and menu development, hiring, training and mentoring staff, executing developed procedures and protocol and fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. The Executive Chef ensures all employees are performing their job responsibilities and meeting expectations in all areas of their job descriptions.

Qualified applicants will have previous management experience in a high-volume concept (5+); exceptional leadership and organizational skills; desire to work in conjunction with ownership; great line skills; strong willingness to become part of a community; communication skills to delegate and consolidate tasks; professional and personal integrity;


Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($95,000.00 - $105,000.00)
