Job Summary

The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant, including financial performance, customer service, and employee development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including food and beverage service, front-of-house and back-of-house operations, and financial performance
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction
• Hire, train, and motivate employees
• Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance
• Comply with all health and safety regulations

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of restaurant management experience
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
