We are seeking to hire a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee and lead our award winning hospitality team. A minimum of 5 years experience in a NYC based managerial role is required. The ideal candidate will work closely with team members to provide exceptional, engaged service to our customers and promote an environment of respect, support, and grace in the dining room.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Lead the Front of House team in all operations, including but not limited to, hiring and training of staff; ensuring the best quality in service, product and ambience; building and maintaining strong relationships with guests, vendors & the community at large; keeping labor costs at or under budget; performing inventory and ordering; and ensuring that the restaurant is following all operational systems and is compliant with all regulations.
- Build and maintain guest relationships, curate VIP experiences, and manage ongoing correspondence through email and review platforms
- Train, coach, and develop a team of high performing staff by exemplifying our Core Values
- Manage facilities maintenance, following checklists and communicating issues in real time, following proper protocols
- Maintain an A letter grade from the DOH and confirm the all FOH and BOH management conduct DOH walk-throughs to ensure DOH compliance
- Drive salesmanship in service, working to maximize top line sales for every meal period
- Facilitate on-going training and development of current staff and management to ensure that all team members are educated
- Build morale and team loyalty by fostering a work environment where team members’ input is valued and encouraged

Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($110,000 Negotiable)
