Key Responsibilities:
- Manage floor service with focus on beverage, including leading hourly team in service training and beverage sales
- Oversee and maintain staff beverage education including daily pre shift
- Maintain all beverage pars and inventories and collaborate with Beverage Director and Director of Finance in purchasing and costing.
- Maintain beverage programs with up-to-date menus. Coordinate changes with outlet managers, outlet staff, and Beverage Director
- Maintain partnerships as directed by Beverage Director
- Create bar and sommelier schedules for all beverage floors (as needed) according to labor needs and budgeted goals and submit to direct manager by established deadlines in coordination with General Manager
- Oversee maintenance of facilities in relation to Department of Health, including scheduling vendors to clean and maintain and training staff on standard operating protocols, and reported facilities issues related to beer and tap equipment
- Review all EOs to ensure proper beverage stock and setups are in place for events
- Ensure timely setup of all functions and adherence to food and beverage standards and guest requests through active communication with Events Department
- Communicate information to the kitchen, bar, and other supportive departments prior to and during events.
- Maintain stock of items offered to guests on our events menu
- Handling guest concerns while reacting quickly and professionally
- Provide attentiveness and excellent service to VIP guests, including adhering to notes and direction from JFR Executive team
- Oversee beverage handling and ensure proper storage, safety and sanitation policies are being followed for on all floors by way of presence during services and relevant events
- Floor management as requested by GM and business needs
- Increase sales by ensuring guest satisfaction and prompt problem resolution. Exercise good judgment and decision making in escalating concerns and proactively resolving issues
- Conduct and review inventory weekly + monthly and maintain overall beverage cost of 19%
- Attend F&B operations meetings as required
- Handover every invoice to finance and Bevager in appropriate timeframe to avoid COD and track purchases
- Responsible for compliance with OSHA, local health and safety codes as well as Company safety and security policies
Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($80,000.00 - $85,000.00)
