Task and Responsibilities

• Lead by example in all aspects of service and display a genuine passion for hospitality always striving to exceed guest's expectations.
• Possess an acute knowledge on how to enhance guest experience.
• Answer phones and schedule reservations, and assign reservations to tables to ensure all reservations are accommodations.
• Greet guest as soon as they walk through the door and provide exceptional hospitality
• Provide guest with accurate wait time estimates during busy periods
• Escort guests to their table and provide them with a menu.
• Maintain a neat, organized front-of-house environment
• Assist with opening/closing tasks and side work as needed
• Understand food and beverage menu
• Must have attention to detail and be able to monitor table rotation and ensure tables are divided fairly amongst servers.
• Keep track of which tables are cleaned and available for new guests
• Communicate with server/manager of any guest need or requests (i.e., allergy or special occasion)
