El Presidente has just opened in the Union Market area of Northeast DC and are in search of industry professionals who are excited to be part of a highly anticipated restaurant opening with an established hospitality group that offers long-term career advancement and professional growth opportunities.

The team is seeking dynamic, genuine Bartenders who enjoy making people happy — Agave Spirits Knowledge is a Plus!

Qualified Bartenders will have:

• Minimum of 3 years bartending experience in busy/high volume Metropolitan restaurants
• Knowledge of wine styles, grape varieties, and regions
• Comprehensive knowledge of classic cocktails and recipes
• Familiarity with all major spirit categories, including agaves
• Strong knowledge of beers, styles, flavor profiles
• Ability to multi-task various responsibilities while maintaining a meticulous workstation
• Strong knowledge of tequila and mezcal, flavor profiles
• Previous restaurant experience includes high volume
• RAMP certification (highly preferred)
