Annabelle - General Manager

Knightsbridge Restaurant Group, multi-concept restaurant group is seeking a well rounded General Manager for Annabelle – serving seasonal American cuisine. Recipient of top #3 in Washington Post Fall dining guide 2021. Our sophisticated culinary concept is lead by James Beard award winning Chef Frank Ruta . We are currently seeking a sophisticated, business savvy General Manager with a desire to be part of a new and exciting restaurant.

Desired Requirements:

• The ideal candidate with have a minimum of 5 years of progressive management experience in a reputable, fine dining restaurant.
• Prior experience opening a new restaurant is a plus!
• Experience hiring and training staff
• Strong financial acumen with the proven ability to oversee cost control, labor, management and bottom line profitability
• A positive and self-motivated disposition with a commitment to excellence and team success
• Candidate with experience managing a $5,000,000 restaurant is a plus
• Expert knowledge of International and domestic wines
• Must have fine dining experience
