The team is seeking a lead-by-example Executive Chef with strong culinary skills and the desire to lead and mentor a large, diverse team providing exceptional dishes with care and consistency!

The desired candidate will have:

• A minimum of 5 years of progressive culinary management experience in well-rated restaurants
• Prior experience opening a new restaurant is a plus!
• Prior experience and success in running expo in a busy kitchen
• Experience hiring, training, and mentoring salaried managers and hourly BOH staff
• Strong financial acumen with the proven ability to oversee cost control, labor management, and bottom-line profitability
• Ability to mentor, motivate and drive performance and results of a diverse culinary workforce
• A love for French cuisine & culture!
