We’re a group of folks having fun making kitchen time better while improving school lunch.

We started making sharpening online super. Our small shop behind a gas station in Wayzata opened in November of 2022. As we met home cooks and chefs in our community it became clear folks were looking for unique guidance regarding kitchen tools and sharpening services. We introduced classes in Q1 of 2023 and started curating the best kitchen knives and tools from around the world at the recommendation of the pros.

We make kitchen time better with curiosity in everything. We sharpen kitchen knives and sell them while educating folls about kitchen tools and invest a portion of our proceeds to improve school lunch.

Role Results:

• Build customer confidence by growing and sharing your cooking and kitchen knife perspective by providing education that rivals the best teachers you and the team have experienced.
• Learn and share a new thing about cooking and kitchen knives each week (with the team and customers)

Responsibilities:

You'll serve customers, have a hand in process improvement, and participate in special projects:

• Open and close the store
• Treat all customers with respect and cultivate a service-minded tone in all we do

Must be able to stand for 8 hours a day, lift 30 lb packages, have steady hands when working with tools, and hold conversations for 20+ mins.
