We are open 7 days a week for dinner service, weekday lunch and weekend brunch, which can be enjoyed inside or on our patio. Like our guests and clientele, our team will be a curated collection of innovative thinkers and creative trailblazers.
We are seeking a skilled Sous Chef with a progressive culinary background that has fundamental understanding of the diversity, fine touches, bold flavors and unique finesse of Creative-American cuisine with touches from Spain, France, and Italy.

The ideal candidates will be:

- Energetic and enthusiastic and possess strong communication and organizational skills
The ideal candidates will have:
- Leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire, teach, and coach restaurant employees
- 1+ years of kitchen leadership experience as a sous chef in high-volume, well-rated restaurants
- Ability to support the line during service while managing transition from prep to service
- An Associate's degree from a culinary focused university preferred but not necessary
- Experience with various Mediterranean cuisines along with classic cooking styles & preparations
