Sous Chef Responsibilities:

• Setting clear priorities to lead your team and drive execution to achieve desired results
• Ensure each staff member is performing their duties and meeting expectations of their job responsibilities
• Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to the kitchen team through people development and coaching best practices

Sous Chef Qualifications:

• 2-years+ of full-service kitchen management experience
• Most recent background experience preferred in scratch-kitchen within casual dining
• Hands-on when required and able to multi-task within kitchen operations
• Team building and a spirit of collaboration management style

Sous Chef Benefits and Compensation:

• Base Compensation range $60,000 up to $7,000 plus Bonus & Benefits
