Frasca is the creation of Master Sommelier Bobby Stuckey and Chef Lachlan Mackinnon-Patterson. Their shared passion for Friuli-Venezia Giulian cuisine and fine wine is reflected in the exquisitely prepared fare and a comprehensive wine list boasting over 200 varieties. The seasoned and professional staff ensures a memorable evening with their meticulous attention to detail, expert wine pairing, and extensive knowledge of the menu.
We are looking to add an experienced craft bartender to our team! Applicants must be motivated to further their knowledge in wine, food and hospitality. Our bar program is focused heavily on high touch, Italian influenced cocktails as well as the classics. Previous barista experience is a plus, as is experience in fine dining.
Service Expectations
- Consistently exhibit and display strong examples of leadership
- Maintaining our cleaning standards
- Consistently have a strong, humble, positive, happy and confident attitude
- Display a mastery in knowledge of product and encourage others’ curiosity, ambitions
- Being present and tenacious on the floor and behind the bar, lead by example, coach others in the vision of what is about to happen during service
- Provide input into updating and improving bar offerings and operating practices
- Maintain display shelves and back stock of all liquor
- Contribute to daily pre-shift with focus on bar offerings
- Serving tasting menu experiences for bar guests
- Understanding espresso culture and service
- Available to help with inventory on the first of every month

Compensation and Benefit Details
- Compensation: Hourly base rate at $17.29 with shared tip pool
- Whole House Tip Share Model (we share tips among all hourly employees!)
- Estimated hourly wage $22-$40 per hour to start (with opportunity to earn more!)
