71Above is seeking an exceptional, motivated and skilled pastry chef to join our team. This is a full time position for a well qualified candidate. Must have proven track record of leading a pastry program in the fine dining sector with a minimum of 3 years fine dining experience. Candidate will have direct control of the pastry program, the team and production for a premiere fine dining location in downtown LA. Must be comfortable managing a small team and running a clean and organized department. Our ideal candidate will embrace a strong sense of team between front and back of house as well as foster the enthusiasm of our young cooks as a teacher and guide. Must be exceptional with traditional and modern pastry techniques.
