We are looking for waiters to complete our team, we are an Italian restaurant managed by two partners, we need people with a passion for this work, sociable, clean, organized, honest and collaborative.

Knowledge of Italian cuisine and the basics for working behind the bar also.

- Serve food and wine
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Check identification to ensure customers are of legal drinking age
- Maintain a clean and organized floor and bar area
- Monitor alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication
- Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure excellent customer service

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience as a server/bartender in a restaurant, banquet, or catering setting
- Strong knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages and their recipes
- Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a point-of-sale (POS) system
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact with diverse clientele
- Basic math skills for calculating bills, making change, and managing inventory
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
