Job Details
\nChef Daniel Boulud, seeks a reservationist for his restaurants in the Upper West Side including Bar Boulud and Boulud Sud.
\nThe reservationist will be someone who has extensive experience with customer service, and administrative duties.
\nThe ideal candidate will have a professional demeanor and sophistication, yet be able to deliver services in an approachable and friendly manner and will be proficient of word, excel, internet searches and maintaining a database. The candidate will also have a working knowledge of Micros and Opentable.
\nThe reservationist will report directly to our General Manager, please find below list of job responsibilities:
\nEssential Duties
\n- Full Availibility
- Make and cancel reservations
- Make same day confirmation calls
- Respond to requests in the reservations inbox
- Proof same day and next day reservations to revise notes, find /solve problem

Compensation Details
