We are seeking a highly experienced and talented Premier Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate our dining experience to the next level. As a Premier Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen , including menu development , food preparation , inventory management, food cost , labor cost and staff training.This postion is Mon- Fri.

Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative and creative menus that reflect current food trends and meet the needs of customers
• Create and manage food and labor budgets to ensure profitability while maintaining high -quality standards
• Ensure that all food items are prepared and presented according to established standards of quality, taste, and presentation
• Train and develop kitchen staff to maintain high standards of quality and consistency in food preparation and presentation
• Manage inventory levels and ordering of food and supplies to ensure availability and freshness of ingredients
• Work with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of food and beverage services
• Maintain a safe and sanitary working environment in compliance with local, state and federal health and safety regulations
• Conduct regular food tasting and evaluations to ensure quality and consistency of all menu items

Qualifications:

• At least 10 years of culinary experiences, with at least 5 years in a management role
• Degree or certification in culinary arts, hospitality management, or related field
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a team and work collaboratively with other departments
• Demonstrate creativity in menu development and food presentation
• Strong business acumen and ability to manage budgets and food cost
• Knowledge of current food trends and techniques
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Strong understanding of Financials
