Previous work with Office Receptionist & Host/Hostess of fine dining institution is appreciated.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
· Welcome guests to the venue

- \n Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists \n
- \n Manage reservations by using the “Open Table”, and take care all “special notes” for reservation (like allergens alert, birthday celebration… … ) \n
- \n Escort customers to assigned dining or bar areas \n
- \n Provide menus and announce Waiter/Waitress’s name \n
- \n Greet customers upon their departure \n
- \n Coordinate with wait staff about available seating options \n
- \n Maintain a clean reception area \n
- \n Cater to guests who require extra attention (e.g. children, elderly) \n
- \n Answer incoming calls and address customers’ queries \n
- \n Assist wait staff as needed \n
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Understanding of restaurant etiquette \n
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations \n
- Experience in managing reservations \n
- Demonstrable customer-service skills \n
- Excellent communication skills (via phone and in-person) \n
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire dining and bar area \n
- Availability to work in shifts as needed \n
- Good physical condition to walk and stand during an entire shift \n
- High school diploma; hospitality certification is a plus \n

\nCompensation: Hourly (Based on Experience) plus tips
