Fives, located in the iconic French Quarter at Jackson Square, is seeking experienced and passionate candidates to join our Back of House team. WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO BOTH HELP WITH DISHWASHING AS WELL AS DO SOME LIGHT COOKING, PREP, AND PLATING.

About the Job:

As a Dishwasher at Fives, you will be responsible for the washing, polishing, and maintenance of all glassware, silverware, plateware, etc. As well as maintaining a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift in accordance with the standards of our Back of House team led by Chef Paul Terrebonne. Must be well organized, clean, and focused to prepare for and execute service, and maintain a pristine working environment at your assigned station. In addition to these responsibilites, you will be called upon to do some light cooking and plating dishes.

The ideal candidate has at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar position and be able to work evenings AND mornings.  Applicants must be team oriented and be willing to take direction for kitchen leads.
