Responsibilities

Prep and execute all menu items, including those for seasonal and specials menu items

• Prepare basic components of each dish on our menu using our proven recipes
• Restock items as needed throughout the shift
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications • Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
• Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation • Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
• Ensure that the kitchen, all food prep areas and all food storage areas meet restaurant cleaning standards
• Monitor product freshness and rotate out old product based on quality control schedule Job Types:

Full-time, Part-time Salary: $17.00-20.00 /hour + Tips

Experience and Qualification:

• Restaurant or Café Bakery: 1 year (Required)
• Line cook: 6 mos-1 years (Preferred) Work authorization:
• United States (Required) Schedule: • No Nights!
• Weekends required • Day shift: 7 am- 3:00 pm (5-6 days/wk)
