The Wesley is a newly opened restaurant located in the heart of the West Village. As a sustainable restaurant, we focus on where our food and beverage comes from.
West Village Restaurant led by Executive Chef Santiago Astudillo (previously of Le Bernardin and Daniel) turns the dial on what it means to operate a vegetable forward restaurant. Inspired by the season, the menu focuses on a shared experience with plant based and sustainable animal protein dishes.
The Wesley features a unique beverage program, featuring vegan, organic, and female led wine; along with local selections curated by General Manager Gabriel Maldonado (previously of Jean-Georges and Le Cou Cou). Our cocktails take note from our kitchen, with fresh juices, perennial ingridients, and zero proof cocktails.

Qualified candidates will have:
- 3+ years of experience in a well-rated, formal restaurant in NYC
- Ability to multi-task myriad floor responsibilities - including selling beverages (wine BTG/BTB, cocktails.), managing a back server in your station, your own time, and table maintenance as outlined by our SOS
- Confidence in their approach tableside. Being able to offer guidance in the selection of menu items
- Thorough food knowledge as it pertains to sustainable cuisine, drop lines, and typical allergies
- Advanced understanding of wine and cocktails preferred with the desire to learn more
- Able to handle guest concerns and create a positive and memorable experience
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($10.00) plus tips
