Sojourn is looking for a Floor Manager to oversee the operations of the restaurant, work to maximize profitability while upholding the company’s mission, values, policies, quality and guest experience standards. We are a resturant group that is expanding. Growth potential for the right candidate.

Base knowledge of Food & Wine/Spirits, with a strong desire to learn more
Passion to Teach and lead a team
Self directed approach to personal learning and development - embraces giving and receiving feedback

Responsibilities entail but are not limited to the following:

Hiring, training, restaurant staff
Administrative duties such as but not limited to: inventory, opening & closing procedures, preparing deposits, cash handling, pay outs
Maintain a safe, secure, healthy work environment for staff
Ensure all DOH standards are met
Schedulng
Ensuring staff is setting up and breaking down restuarant properly
Guest Satisfaction
Managing Reservations/Events
Wine stocking/Liqour organization
