Responsibilities:

Guest Service: Provide a warm and hospitable welcome to all guests, guiding them through the dining experience. Ensure all special requests or dietary restrictions are communicated to the kitchen.

Table Maintenance: Set and clear tables efficiently, ensuring they are impeccably presented throughout the meal.

Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of Corto's menu, including ingredient sourcing, preparation methods, and flavor profiles, to answer guest inquiries confidently

Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure seamless service and a consistent dining experience.

Upselling: Suggest additional items, such as appetizers, desserts, or specials, to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.

Handling Guest Concerns: Address guest feedback and concerns promptly, ensuring that issues are resolved to their satisfaction.

Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the dining area and workstations clean and organized, following health and safety guidelines.

Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and bill settlement.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a server in a fine dining or upscale casual restaurant preferred.
