What You Will Be Doing
Reporting to the Executive Chef/owner , responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Ability to oversee and assist with breakfast, brunch, lunch services maintaining standardized recipes
- Ability to oversee and assist with dinner service, while maintaining standardized recipes
- Ability to execute ordering, inventory, payroll and other administrative duties as directed by Executive Chef
- Ability to run the Kitchen on a day to day base
- Train other staff
Your Experience And Skills Include
- Prior Sous Chef experience
- Accountability and discipline
- Strong work ethic, must be able to handle responsibility
- Honest and cares for the business and staff

Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($60,000.00 - $65,000.00)
