To manage all food preparation and to provide the outlets with a variety of foods, maintaining the highest culinary standards as directed by Executive Chef

What You Will Be Doing

Reporting to the Executive Chef/owner , responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Ability to oversee and assist with breakfast, brunch, lunch services maintaining standardized recipes
  • Ability to oversee and assist with dinner service, while maintaining standardized recipes
  • Ability to execute ordering, inventory, payroll and other administrative duties as directed by Executive Chef
  • Ability to run the Kitchen on a day to day base
  • Train other staff

Your Experience And Skills Include

  • Prior Sous Chef experience
  • Accountability and discipline
  • Strong work ethic, must be able to handle responsibility
  • Honest and cares for the business and staff

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($60,000.00 - $65,000.00)
