Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our taco shop in Del Ray, Alexandria. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing and training staff, maintaining inventory, and keeping the wheels on the bus, so to say.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the taco shop's daily operations
- Hire, train, and motivate a team of employees to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality
- Manage inventory, including ordering and stocking supplies, and tracking food costs
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Create and manage schedules for staff.
- Develop and implement employee policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-casual or quick-service environment
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a proven ability to motivate and manage staff effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, employees, and vendors in a positive and professional manner
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneouslysoftware
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by the business

Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($60,000.00 - $70,000.00)
