Job Details
Passionate junior baker needed for a new bakery in East Village.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
1. Production of dessert and bakery products while following recipes and/or chefs’ directions consistently and efficiently with little supervision.
2. Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of work areas, kitchen equipment and storage areas- dry and refrigerated.
3. Following sanitation health and safety procedures in accordance with health department standards.
Preferred:
4. Culinary school or a year + working in a bakery environment.
